Housing Agency

The project was to allow verified property owners and managing agents to certify housing violations and quality standard failures online. This project required custom development using Angular and Microsoft .NET and integrating DocuSign’s eSignature functionality into the existing agency systems.

We guided the project through all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, from initial analysis to final implementation. This included conducting thorough business analysis, gathering and validating requirements, identifying gaps, and producing comprehensive documentation. We provided expert advice on software development using Angular and Microsoft .NET C# technologies. Our team offered guidance on quality assurance processes, covering both manual and automated testing. This encompassed creating test plans, writing test cases, running test scripts, and documenting results.

Additionally, we assisted with software deployment, helping prepare infrastructure, transfer source code, conduct smoke tests, and manage communication with stakeholders. Throughout the project, our focus was on ensuring a smooth integration of the new functionality while maintaining the system’s overall effectiveness and user-friendliness.
